About Me

As a licensed clinical therapist who has been providing counseling since 2011, my experience is multifaceted. In my practice, I use my experience in residential mental health housing, schools, non-for-profit organizations and group practice therapy settings, to best meet your individualized needs. 

I am very direct, yet equally as empathetic. I have a tough love, realistic approach. I specialize in trauma therapy, family therapy, and working with kids and teens. My passion is to help everyone achieve happiness and mental well-being.
